- Fiber protector application
- Pad replacement
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
2. Scheduling and Access
- Appointment Scheduling: Services are scheduled based on availability. We strive to accommodate your preferred time; however, specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.
- Access to Property: You agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
3. Payment and Billing
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, cash, or electronic transfer.
- Late Payments: Unpaid balances may incur late fees, and continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when scheduling services.
- Ensure that areas to be cleaned are accessible and free from hazards.
- Remove fragile or valuable items from areas to be cleaned.
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access or modify any content, data, or systems without proper authorization.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations: You may cancel services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and may vary depending on the type of service provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Rug Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Rug Resort, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
