    Our 6-Month Spot & Spill Warranty covers accidental stains and spills that may occur during normal use of your rug. This includes:
    • Food and Beverage Spills: Accidental spills from items such as coffee, wine, juice, sauces, and other common food and drink items.
    • Pet Accidents: Stains from pet urine, feces, and vomit.
    • Household Mishaps: General household spills and stains including mud and dirt.

    How to Utilize Your Warranty

    Our 6-Month Spot & Spill Warranty covers accidental stains and spills that may occur during normal use of your rug. This includes:
    • Immediate Action: For best results, immediately blot the spill with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing the stain, as this may push it deeper into the fibers.
    • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 72 hours of the incident. Provide your purchase details and a description of the spill or stain.
    • Professional Cleaning: If the stain cannot be removed, we will arrange for you to drop off your rug to be serviced at one of our locations.

    Warranty Conditions

    • The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of service.
    • Coverage is limited to normal residential use.
    • Stains and spills must be reported within 72 hours of occurrence.
    • The warranty does not cover deliberate damage, wear and tear, or exposure to non-covered substances.
    • Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

    Exclusions

    • Stains resulting from substances such as nail polish, paint, ink, permanent markers, bleach or chemicals not safe for fibers.
    • Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or agents.
    • Wear and tear due to heavy traffic, neglect, or misuse.
